WHO AM I?

I’m Jan-Christofer Sarapik, a Fashion Design Management student at the Estonian Academy of Arts (EKA) with a passion for branding, digital media, and visual storytelling. I thrive on bringing creative ideas to life - whether through fashion, social media, or design. I’ve collaborated with Adidas Estonia on styling and a social media video, blending aesthetics with content strategy. I also work with the Estonian brand NADA, focusing on TikTok content creation and marketing, where I help shape their digital presence. As the social media and branding manager for Zealot Sporting, I oversee the club’s identity across multiple platforms, building a strong community around football and lifestyle. Beyond work, I’m someone who loves discovering new creative approaches, whether in fashion, design, or branding. I enjoy working with people who are passionate about their craft, and I’m always looking for fresh ways to tell stories through visuals and strategy. With a background in digital printing and design at Copy Pro, I bring a mix of hands-on technical skills and big-picture thinking to every project I take on.

ADIDAS ESTONIA COLLAB
December, 2024
I had the amazing opportunity to work with the lovely team at Adidas Estonia, where I got to style myself for a video shoot and capture content for the EKA Moekorraldus Instagram and TikTok. It was a great experience combining fashion, styling, and social media. Later, a picture of me even appeared in an Adidas Estonia commercial, which was a surreal and exciting moment!
NADA
March, 2025
I’m currently working with the Estonian brand NADA - Notably Absent Designer (Aspirations), creating TikTok content and managing their marketing strategy. It’s been a fantastic experience collaborating with a small, passionate team, especially since NADA has showcased its designs at Fashion Week. I love experimenting with creative ideas and helping to elevate NADA’s digital presence with engaging and authentic content.
EKA Moekorraldus social media
October, 2024
As first-year students in Fashion Design Management at EKA, we noticed that the Estonian Academy of Arts lacked strong social media presence, and our course had no platform of its own. So, we decided to take matters into our own hands. We launched TikTok and Instagram for EKA Moekorraldus, and during Tallinn Fashion Week in October, we made our first video with a 4-person team—me, Mette, Margared, and Elisabet. Our video, ‘What People Are Wearing at Tallinn Fashion Week,’ went viral quickly, which motivated us to keep creating similar content. Since then, we've become well-known in the Estonian fashion scene. What started as a fun project has grown into serious work, leading to collaborations with brands like an Estonian design house, Estonian Music Awards, Adidas, Uuskasutuskeskus, Nada, and more. This experience has been a great opportunity to combine creativity with real-world industry engagement.
Tallinn Fashion Week with Cärol Ott
October, 2024
I was incredibly fortunate to intern with Cärol Ott in my first year of studying Fashion Design Management, as it's rare for designers to take on beginners. I helped prepare her collection for the runway, ensuring everything was on point before the show. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the intense behind-the-scenes work that goes into presenting a collection at Fashion Week. Cärol saw potential in me, and I’m grateful for the chance to experience the challenges designers face in bringing their vision to life.
Estonian Music Awards Collab
January, 2025
We had the exciting opportunity to collaborate with the Estonian Music Awards, creating engaging videos that featured our EKA Moekorraldus fan favorite and viral content. We asked people about their outfits and what they were wearing, while also interviewing famous Estonian artists about their looks and where they’re from. It was a great chance to connect with the local music scene and showcase the intersection of fashion and music. As of now, our video has gained 12.5k views on TikTok and 3.3k views on Instagram, showing how well it resonated with our audience.
Estonian Design House Collab
February, 2025
We had the pleasure of collaborating with an Estonian design house for a styling video in honor of Estonian Independence Day. They specialize in selling collections from Estonian designers, many of whom are alumni of the Estonian Academy of Arts, making this collaboration even more meaningful. The team was incredibly kind, and we had a great time creating content for TikTok and Instagram. They expressed interest in working with us again in the future, which is a testament to the positive experience we shared.
Zealot Sporting Branding and social media manager
April, 2024
As the branding and social media manager for Zealot Sporting, a club founded in 2024, I’ve gained hands-on experience in graphic design and social media management. Starting a football club from scratch was a challenge, but it gave me the opportunity to create and shape the club’s identity. Over the 7-month football season, I posted 140 pieces of content to engage our growing fanbase. I also redesigned the club’s logo to better reflect its values and vision. Additionally, I created a full marketing plan to help build the club’s presence both online and within the community, balancing creativity with strategic growth.
ERKI Fashion Show '25
May, 2025
As a member of the media team organizing the ERKI Fashion Show, I hold the responsibility of managing relationships with sponsors and partners. The ERKI Fashion Show is one of the most significant annual events promoting art and culture in the Baltics, and has even garnered attention from international publications like Vogue. Established in 1982 by students of the Estonian Academy of Arts (EKA), the show serves as a vital platform for emerging designers to showcase their work to both local and international audiences. It is organized almost exclusively by volunteer students, including those from the Fashion, Textile, and Accessory Design programs at EKA, highlighting the collaborative spirit and dedication of the student body. The event has evolved over the years, and continues to be a cornerstone of the Estonian fashion scene.
